I didn't start in automation. I started in the trenches of digital marketing — wearing every hat there is.

Over the past few years, I moved through SEO, content strategy, brand management, paid acquisition, and social media marketing. Each pivot gave me something the last one didn't: a broader view of how businesses actually operate, where they leak time, and which processes silently drain money every week.

I co-founded two startups — CLINIX (healthtech) and Craft Coach — where I ran marketing, sales, and operations simultaneously. Then I moved into B2B outbound, building personalized campaigns for clients in Saudi Arabia and Australia. That's where it clicked: the companies spending the most on outreach were still running their internal operations manually.
