Sales Pipeline Automation

Your Pipeline Is Leaking Revenue

Leads go cold because follow-up is manual. Deals stall because handoffs are broken. We automate your CRM so every lead gets worked, every deal gets pushed, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Every Repetitive Sales Task Off Your Plate

These are the workflows that eat rep time, introduce human error, and let warm leads go cold. We automate all of them — usually within a single project scope.

Lead Routing & Scoring

New lead hits CRM → scored by fit + intent → routed to the right rep in under 30 seconds. No cherry-picking, no delays.

Follow-Up Sequences

Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 — personalized touches triggered automatically. Your reps close, not chase.

Pipeline Stage Automation

Deal moves to 'Proposal Sent' → contract generated → reminder scheduled → manager notified. Every time.

Revenue Alerts

Deal stuck 14+ days? Rep hasn't logged activity? At-risk renewal? Slack ping before it's too late.

Reporting & Forecasting

Weekly pipeline report built and delivered automatically. Actual vs forecast, stage velocity, rep performance.

CRM Data Hygiene

Duplicate detection, field normalization, stale lead cleanup. Your data stays usable without manual scrubbing.

Your CRM Is a Recording Tool, Not a Revenue Tool

Most B2B CRMs are used as expensive contact databases. Reps log calls after the fact, stages update when someone remembers, and follow-ups happen when the rep has time. That gap costs deals.

01

No Follow-Up System

68% of leads never get a follow-up past the first touch. Not because reps are lazy — because there's no system.

02

Dead Contacts

Your CRM has 10,000 contacts. 8,000 of them haven't been touched in 90+ days. That's money rotting.

03

Leaky Handoffs

Every manual handoff is a leak. Marketing to SDR, SDR to AE, AE to CS — each gap loses 15-30% of deals.

04

Expensive Rolodex

You're paying $150/user/month for a CRM your team uses as a Rolodex. Automation makes it earn its cost.

< 5 min
Automated lead response time
HubSpot research shows that responding to leads within 5 minutes vs. 30 minutes significantly improves the odds of making contact. Automation makes this the default — not something that depends on who's at their desk
Automated — Works with any CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive
Automated — Slack + email notifications built in
Automated — Scales with headcount without new manual process
Manual — Follow-up depends on who's at their desk
Manual — CRM data lags reality by hours or days

Common Questions

We primarily work with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Zoho CRM — all of which have robust Make.com integrations. If you're using a less common CRM, we audit API availability before scoping. Most B2B CRMs have either a Make.com native integration or a REST API we can build against with the HTTP module.
Minimal change for reps — that's by design. Automations run in the background: leads get routed, CRM fields update, and notifications fire without any rep action required. Reps still use the same CRM interface they always have. The difference is the grunt work happens automatically, so when a rep opens a contact, it's already up to date.
Every workflow we build includes explicit fallback paths and error handling. Leads that don't match any routing condition go to a default queue (e.g., a shared Slack channel) with full context attached, so a human can make the call. We never let a lead silently drop — all automation failures are logged and surfaced.
Yes — all workflows are handed off fully documented with instructions for making simple edits yourself. For larger changes or new workflows, you can hire us for a follow-on project or ad-hoc work. Many clients opt for a monthly retainer after the initial project if they want ongoing iteration support.
Routing and scoring automations depend on consistent data — if your CRM has missing fields or inconsistent formats, we catch this during the audit phase. We scope a basic data hygiene pass into the project if needed, or build conditional logic that handles incomplete data gracefully rather than failing silently.
